Product safety

Safety & recall guidance.

Know what to do if something seems unsafe, and where to check an official product notice. Always match the model, serial number and market.

An immediate safety concern? Stop using the treadmill.

If safe to do so, switch it off and disconnect the power. Keep children and pets away. Do not restart it to reproduce a fault or attempt an electrical repair. For fire, injury or immediate danger, contact local emergency services; email support is not an emergency service.

Check the notice for your exact product.

Use the official recall resources below and any notice from your retailer. Match the model, serial range and country before following a remedy. If you have received a notice or are unsure whether it applies, send it to Kassadin support with a photo of your product label.

This page provides guidance, not a live recall-status checker. It does not confirm whether an individual treadmill is affected by a recall.

If you receive a recall notice.

  1. Pause and identify

Follow the notice’s stop-use instructions. Check the model, serial or batch range and country against the label; do not rely on appearance alone.

  2. Contact the listed support channel

Use the verified contact in the official notice. If contacting Kassadin, include the notice link, model/serial, retailer, order and country. Keep the notice and your correspondence.

  3. Follow the authorized remedy

Use the repair, replacement, refund or other action specified in that notice. Confirm any collection and packing instructions before moving the equipment. Do not sell or give away an affected unit while awaiting resolution.

Help us understand what happened.

You can report a safety concern even if you cannot find a recall notice. Prepare the details below, then send them from your email app.

  • Model and serial/batch number, if available
  • Country, retailer and order reference
  • Date of the incident and a factual description
  • Any error message and label or damage photos taken safely

Share only what is needed to describe the issue. Do not send medical records, payment information or passwords. You may also report directly to the relevant regulator using the links above.
